2025 – The LCPL Fran Olszweski Golf Tournament

Moore for the Troops is hosting a Golf Tournament in honor of LCPL Fran Olszweski. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Fran Olszweski’s name.

About LCPL Fran Olszweski:

Fran Olszweski was born and grew up in Delaware County, PA. In 1966 Fran enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and completed his military training at Paris Island, SC where he excelled physically and was awarded rank of PFC. Before his deployment to Vietnam he went through advanced training at both Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune. After serving in Vietnam Fran was honorably discharged.

Fran has been married to his wife for 55 years and they have four children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Fran is a long term supporter of charities assisting in veteran physical, mental and housing needs.

Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission.

2025 – The John L. Coverly Sr. Memorial Agent Orange Awareness Run

Thank you to all that attended, donated and supported our Agent Orange Awareness 5K!! It was a huge success and we can’t wait for the next event. We were able to raise $7,500 for the Palliative Care Unit at Riddle Hospital in Media, PA.

2024 LISTEN UP! 5K

Thank you to all that attended, donated and supported our Listen Up! 5K!! It was a huge success and we can’t wait for the next event. We were able to raise $10,000 for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA!
